How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries are free for all orders over R1,000.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your ASUS eShop account under “My Orders.”
Can I collect my order in-store?

What if I want to return my product?
You have 7 days from delivery to return any product in its original, unopened packaging. Simply contact our customer support and we’ll assist with the return process.
